Design & Artwork

Customer logos and references are converted into production-ready vector artwork, relief plans and color specifications.

Confirm dimensions, metal lines, relief levels, plating and color references before tooling.

Precision tooling is engraved or machined according to the approved artwork and required product structure.

Verify relief depth, edge geometry and critical logo details before production trials.

Molten zinc alloy is injected into precision molds to create complex dimensional structures, fine detail and stable batch production.

Suitable for challenge coins, metal badges, keychains and trophies.

JZR / 04

Presses form the metal blank and transfer the approved relief under controlled pressure.

Check shape, thickness, edge integrity and relief definition against the approved sample.

Enamel colors are applied to recessed areas by hand or controlled dispensing equipment.

Match approved colors and inspect fill height, separation lines and surface cleanliness.

Metal surfaces receive gold, silver, copper, nickel, antique or dual-tone finishes.

Control plating color, coverage, adhesion and batch-to-batch consistency.

Finished pieces are inspected for appearance, dimensions, fittings and functional requirements.

Approve only pieces that meet artwork, finish, assembly and packaging standards.

Products are protected in individual bags, cards, pouches, boxes or custom presentation packaging.

Verify quantities, labeling, accessories and export carton protection before shipment.
